Terms of Service - SimplyPrintSync

1. Definitions

In these terms of service, the following definitions apply:

SimplyPrintSync: the Shopify app and associated services, provided by Klappe Development.
Klappe Development: the company registered in the Netherlands, provider of SimplyPrintSync.
User: the natural or legal person who creates an account and uses SimplyPrintSync.
Service: SimplyPrintSync synchronizes Shopify with SimplyPrint 3D printing management.

2. Service description

SimplyPrintSync synchronizes Shopify with SimplyPrint 3D printing management. Depending on the chosen subscription plan, the service includes:

Automatic creation of print jobs from Shopify orders
Product mapping between Shopify and SimplyPrint files
File sync (STL/3MF) from order to SimplyPrint
Order status sync back to Shopify
Filament color and material tagging

3. Subscription plans and pricing

SimplyPrintSync offers the following subscription plans:

Free: €0 per month
Basic: €7.50 per month or €60.00 per year
Professional: €30.00 per month or €240.00 per year

All prices are exclusive of 21% VAT (BTW). Klappe Development reserves the right to modify pricing. Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and take effect from the next renewal period.

4. Payment terms

Payments are processed through Moneybird invoicing with Adyen as the payment provider. The following payment methods are supported:

iDEAL
Credit card
SEPA direct debit

Invoices are sent by email. Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service.

5. SEPA direct debit

If you choose to pay via SEPA direct debit, you authorize Klappe Development to periodically debit the amount due from your bank account. You may request a refund for a completed direct debit within 8 weeks through your bank. The authorization may be revoked at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Subscription and renewal

Your subscription starts immediately upon activation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually), unless you cancel before the end of the current period.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid period.
No refunds are provided for amounts already paid, including pro-rata refunds.
Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the paid period.

8. Service availability

We strive for the highest possible availability of SimplyPrintSync, but do not offer guaranteed uptime or a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We are not liable for damages resulting from interruptions, malfunctions, or unavailability of the service, the SimplyPrint API, or the Shopify API.

9. Liability

The liability of Klappe Development is limited as follows:

Klappe Development is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or missed revenue.
Total liability is limited to the amount the user has paid in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Klappe Development is not liable for damages caused by incorrect or incomplete data synchronization.
The user is responsible for verifying synchronized data.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the SimplyPrintSync software, website, documentation, and other materials belong to Klappe Development. The user is granted only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

11. Changes to these terms

Klappe Development may modify these terms of service. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms of service and the use of SimplyPrintSync are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
